All sales are final. Most items sold by Anga LLC. fall within our return policy for an
exchange if they are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, unopened and still
in their plastic wrap if they were delivered wrapped. The customer will be responsible for
return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. If, however, you received a
damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please ask for our Customer Service
Representative (CSR) for further assistant.
All Returns Require Prior Authorization
Please call customer service for a Return Authorization Number. Any item returned
without authorization will be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for shipping costs on any return product to our warehouse
unless the product was defective or in error. In the case that the customer exchanges a
defective or incorrect product for a new product, Anga LLC., will pay for the return
shipping and outgoing shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise
must arrive no later than 9 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization
Number.
